Architecture

The School encourages other University students, not pursuing the Master in Architecture degree, to enroll in its numerous undergraduate and graduate course as electives within their individual majors.

American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) USF Chapter

Architecture College Council (ACC)

ACC is a Student government organization established for students interested in architecture.

Annual Beaux Arts Ball

An annual ball that is organized by both AIAS and ACC. This well established event is in its 21st year.


Art & Art History

Li’l Muddies Fun Bunch

Art History Association

USF Photo Club

BFA Organization

MFA Organization

Music

Membership for all ensembles is open to all students by audition, regardless of major!

  • Chamber Singers
  • Jazz Ensembles (Big Bands)
  • Jazz Chamber Ensembles (Combos)
  • Piano Ensemble
  • Symphony Band
  • Symphony Orchestra
  • University Singers
  • Wind Ensemble

Also, there are many chamber groups including:

  • brass ensembles
  • percussion ensembles
  • string ensembles
  • woodwind ensembles
  • various combinations of instruments and voices, including opera

Theatre & Dance

Dance Education Organization

Student organization established for students interested in all aspects of dance education.

Student Dance Production Board

Opportunity for students interested in dance (dance majors, minors, or non-majors) to choreograph or perform in a dance concert (spring semester).

Student Theatre Production Board

Opportunity for students interested in theatre (theatre majors, minors, or non-majors) to be part of a theatre production (perform/direct/tech.)

All students are welcome to audition for upcoming theatre and/or dance productions. Auditions for productions will be posted on the website: http://theatreanddance.arts.usf.edu.

Non-major courses in both theatre and dance are also available (i.e. fundamentals of ballet, fundamentals of modern, introduction to dance, introduction to theatre, voice body improvisation, etc.)

Interested non-majors, who would like to take upper level dance technique courses, should audition for appropriate placement.
