Annual Donor Recognition and Scholarship Awards Luncheon

More than 100 students and 40 donors gathered for the Annual Scholarship & Endowed Fund Donor Luncheon on November 20th – a celebration of student achievement and recognition of donor generosity. This year’s event was held on the stage of Theatre 2 and marked the addition of several new scholarships and donors. Dance Professor Gretchen Ward Warren presented the keynote address, about the personal impact of scholarships, based on her own experience and anecdotes from some of this year’s student recipients. Overall, more than $156,000 was awarded to our students.

Of all the events held annually by the College, one of the College’s most anticipated is the Spring Commencement Celebration honoring our graduates. This year saw one of the largest graduating classes in decades, filling Theatre 1 to standing-room-only. The Development Office took made a special effort to welcome parents and families, and congratulate them on their students’ success.

Art Alumni Reunion in Los Angeles, CA, 2009

Alumni from the School of Art & Art History gathered for a reunion in Los Angeles on February 25, 2009 at The Water Grille Restaurant in Los Angeles, California, in conjunction with the annual the College Art Association’s Annual National Conference. More than 30 alumni joined Director Wally Wilson and several faculty members for cocktails and hors deuvres at the chic LA bistro. Click Here to see the snapshots.
